MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) announced that tropical depression "Lannie" has exited the Philippine Area of Responsbility (PAR). Meanwhile, the southwest monsoon (habagat) will continue to prevail over Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Mimaropa and Calabarzon, bringing scattered rain showers or thunderstorms Pagasa said earlier in the day.
The rest of the country will have scattered rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
